De Waste (U) Ltd is a waste management company dealing in both Hazardous and Non-hazardous waste .It is located at Plot 1 friendship road off Corporation road Ntinda Minister’s Village. The company has been in existence for more than 10 years with a mission of giving our clients a comprehensive waste management solution.

Job purpose

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University.
  • 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
