Role Summary
The FMCG Sales Executive is responsible for achieving and exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives and targets for the company and its Clients as always defined in the business plan, control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different projects of the company.

Duties and responsibilities.
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Required Skills.
- Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experienced in client and customer relationship management.
- Experienced managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sale team.
- Ability to do sales reports.
- Ability to use a computer.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years’ experience sales related jobs.
