National Population Council
National Population Council (NPC) is a government agency established by an Act of Parliament in 2014 as a semi-autonomous institution under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. The mandate of the Council is to formulate and review the National Population Policy, promote the integration of population variables in development planning at all levels with emphasis in harnessing the Demographic Dividends (DD), and mobilize resources for the implementation of the National Population Policy and Programme.

Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL)
UETCL is a public Limited Company, which is wholly owned by the Government of Uganda and holds operational licences for System Operator, Operation of the High Voltage Transmission Grid, Bulk Power Supply, Import and Export of Power and Public Infrastructure Provider (for ownership and operation of the Optic Fibre).

Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is putting in place a system to strengthen healthcare waste management in Uganda. The process includes installation of five incinerators in Lira, Fort portal, Gulu and Mbarara Regional Referral Hospitals and at Kampala Capital City Authority Waste Management Facility to service the respective hospitals and regions in which they are located. The incinerators will be managed by a team of competent staff as part and partial of integrated Health Care Management System.
The Ministry Health therefore seeks to invite suitably qualified Candidates to fill Twenty-five (25) positions based at facility level.

National Environment Management Authority (NEMA)

Uganda Country Coordinating Mechanism (Uganda CCM)
The Uganda Country Coordinating Mechanism (Uganda CCM) is the Board at the country level that mobilizes resources and oversees the implementation of the Global Fund-supported programs in Uganda to ensure that the approved funds are used for the intended purpose; and that the services and commodities funded with Global Fund grants are provided to the intended beneficiaries. The Uganda CCM Board is technically supported by a Secretariat to enable it to meet its objectives, exercise its mandate, and fulfill its oversight function.
