Responsibilities & Duties:
- Overseeing and supporting all office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with the administrative tasks related with WASSHA’s human resource function
- Ensuring that the independent consultants including field workers are well taken care of, and their disbursements are raised and approved on time to avoid any delays
- Obtaining necessary information from operational level new staff, printing out their contracts and making sure they are fully signed, stamped, scanned and shared with the Tax & Accounting Manager
- Performing receptionist duties such as welcoming and screening visitors
- Coordinating logistics including but not limited to: scheduling, travel arrangements and hotel bookings, for the staff and visitors related to trainings and meetings
- Proactively managing office supplies, requisitioning when deemed necessary and generally managing the office budget
- Managing the cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained at the office premises all times
- Receiving and managing the hard copies of signed documentation and electronically filing them
- Be proactive and responsive in performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Tax and Accounting Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2 year working experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
- Good IT skills including, but not limited to, Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
- A team player towards the common vision of the company
- Be honest, disciplined and with integrity
