Makerere University School of Public Health, through Family Health International (FHI 360), has received funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Uganda (USAID/Uganda) to implement the five-year Maternal Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) Activity). The goal of the project is to strengthen the performance of government-led strategies to improve maternal/child health and nutrition outcomes in Uganda.
The project seeks to recruit personnel to support the implementation of the activities in Kampala, Eastern, East Central, Southwestern, and two Northern regions (Acholi and Lango).
Main Role and Responsibilities
The overall responsibility as the Learning and Adaptation officer-qualitative is to provide technical support in designing and implementation of high-quality qualitative interventions and assessments, documentation, learning, and adaptation that are applied in the USAID MCHN Activity/project on behalf of the MakSPH team in coordination with, and under the overall project technical leadership of FHI 360.
