Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the Procurement and Operations Manager with the administrative and logistics support to Head Office activities in the areas of transport management, asset/inventory management and facility maintenance of both Head Office and Field Office Premises.
Responsibilities Related to project

ü Provide support to the department to implement policies and standard operating guidelines for general administration, transport, and travel and provide administrative and logistical support to staff and visitors.
ü Provide support to the department Implement annual procurement plans in line with TPO’s and PPDA’s standards.

ü Provide support in monitoring contracts/agreements process as per the agreed terms.
ü Coordinate and ensure maximum security of staff and organization Assets/properties in line organizational policies
ü Provide management of the stores, thus, stocking taking and request of reimbursement
Person Specifications:
Finalist student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement,
and Logistics Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution. Should
possess a minimum of an Ordinary Level Certificate of Education,. Should be
personable, a team leader and result orientated. Have the ability to apply creative
thinking to practical problem solving with an aim of improving service delivery;
manage multiple tasks at a time, work effectively with colleagues from
different backgrounds; and demonstrate knowledge of use of office equipment and
maintenance. Should posses good Interpersonal skills. A successful candidate
must be good in spoken and written English Language and be able to work with
