Job Description
Monitor Query Queue: Monitor the relevant query queue by accessing the Operations Delivery Platform, to ascertain which query to action
Query Investigation and Resolution: Retrieve query from the Operations Delivery Platform
Communicate Query Status: Clearly communicate the status of the query to the client and any other stakeholders which could include sending an email, writing a letter, sending an SMS or making a telephone call, in terms of the signed-off process
Compliance and Control: On request participate in Business Resumption tests in terms of the Business Continuity Management Plan and report any test failures to the Team Leader
