1.    Support the development of long-term organizational strategy, and coordinate the Strategic planning content development across all the businesses in the Institute as per the strategic Planning process guidelines and framework

2.    Support the alignment of departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.

3.    Monitor the development and execution of the approved strategic plan across the business unit and generate relevant reports

4.     Participate in the implementation of new products Pilot Test and Rollout Protocols for new products and services and monitor progress in their implementation.

1.     Respond to staff inquiries, queries, appeals, claims, and complaints and provide technical advice to them in conformity with CEO’s guidelines and decisions.

2.     Review and summarize internal & external reports to the CEO and coordinate follow-up action in line with CEO’s decision and organizational procedures.

3.     Maintain an updated dairy of the CEO in line with the Institute guidelines

4.     Maintain an updated filling system for the CEO’s office in line with the Institute’s filing guidelines

5.     Receive incoming mail, process, and dispatch mail in line with office management standards, ethics, and guidelines

6.     Follow the CEO’s office E-mails, and track action until resolved

7.     Prepare draft reports, briefs, and speeches for the CEO on various Institute issues in line with CEO procedures and Management decisions
