ASEF Training and Youth Summit in Denmark 2025 | Fully Funded Opportunity

The ASEF Youth Summit is part of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) process and aims to empower young leaders by providing them with a platform for policy advocacy and action-oriented dialogue.

The 2025 edition, to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, will feature:

• Intensive leadership training sessions
• Multilateral policy dialogues with government officials
• Workshops on climate action, digital equity, peacebuilding, and innovation
• Cultural exchange and collaboration activities

ASEF’s youth engagement strategy focuses on ensuring inclusive participation, capacity-building, and long-term impact among youth from both continents.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this unique opportunity, applicants must:

• Be between 18–30 years old
• Be citizens or residents of ASEM partner countries (including EU and ASEAN states)
• Have a demonstrated interest in global affairs, youth leadership, or policy-making
• Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Be available for the full duration of the summit in 2025 (exact dates TBA)

Both students and young professionals are encouraged to apply, especially those working in NGOs, academia, or startups.

Program Benefits

This is a fully funded opportunity. Selected participants will receive:
