A holistic, multi-sectoral approach is at the heart of ANFCA programming, ensuring evidence-based impact and cross-cutting collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Applicants should bring:

5+ years of professional experience in a relevant sector.
-
A proven commitment to Africa’s development and climate agenda.
-
Experience working in multicultural, multi-disciplinary teams.
-
Strong knowledge of national, regional, and global climate policies.
-
A track record of leading or contributing to projects, research, advocacy, or evaluations.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Consulting engagements may be short-term, project-based, or retainer-based, depending on ANFCA’s needs.
