Required Qualifications
Academic Requirements:
- Currently enrolled from fifth semester onwards
- Field of study: digital transformation, international relations, public policy, political science, communication, or social sciences

- High cultural sensitivity and gender competence

- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility in international settings
Language Requirements:
- Working-level fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Professional knowledge of German and/or Portuguese (asset)
Additional Considerations
- First-hand experience in development cooperation, international relations, or digital policy is advantageous
- Experience with event/meeting organization (virtual/blended/on-site) is desirable
- Must be currently enrolled or graduated within six months of internship start date
