KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure sales growth of the product in all available channels.

• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Identify new & long-term trends to enable sales growth.

• Undertake market intelligence and identify all new business opportunities to expand business.

• Conduct periodic reviews of the sales team to ensure; performance improvement.

• Flexible & able to collaborate with other company sections for example ability to explain the buyer journey of the customers you have interacted with.

• Collect customer information for follow-up purposes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in a Business-related field of study.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in any sales job

• Clear understanding of English & Luganda.

• Motor-cycle riding skills are an added advantage

• Ability to independently plan and execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and remaining organized and focused.

• Ability to work under pressure with minimum or no supervision

• Ability to assess problems and develop solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and organization skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity.

• Knowledge about coffee is an added advantage.
