We are looking for two (2) suitable candidates to take on the role of Below The Line Activation Assistants. This position will lead the planning, implementation and reporting of Below the Line Activations (BTL) in all the 9 DISC Districts.
This position will also supervise the marketing experiential, events management agency/suppliers and partner facility demand creation contact persons to ensure that activation materials and Covid-19 protocols are delivered, appropriately setup in a timely manner for an effective and efficient community/facility SI activation to achieve projected results. The position will be required to track and document activation results, document processes and learnings including participation in progress and After-Action review meetings.

Your contribution
• Lead the planning, execution and reporting of the partner community and facility BTL activations.
• Coordinate the BTL marketing experiential and events management agency/suppliers.
• Liaise with partner facility in charges and demand creation focal persons to align activation schedules for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the timely and successful execution of community and facility activations in the DISC Districts to achieve the projected results.
• Ensure timely, appropriate community and facility SI activation set up, branding and messaging.
• Identify and leverage partner facility demand creation assets to maximize community and facility activation success.
• Establish and maintain strategic relations with the District Health Teams and relevant local partner organizations that provide Self-Inject contraceptives.
• Ensure that government of Uganda MoH stipulated Covid-19 protocols are always activated and adhered to during the community and facility activations.
• Track and document activation processes, results and learnings.
• Participate in all progress and After-Action Review meetings.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, marketing, business, social sciences or Humanities.
• A minimum of 5 years of develop and implement innovative and effective community activations and experiential events.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of experiential marketing principles for commercial services and products.
• Experience working with the private sector is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated capacity to use existing tools to track, document and analyze performance for improved service marketing.
