Key Performance Areas.
- Leadership, performance management and development of Branch Team
- Ensure safety and security of the Branch Team, assets and visitors
- Management and control of Branch operations, expenses and activities
- Retain and grow customer base and customer service delivery
- Planning, budgeting and reporting
- Management of contract tractor service operations
- Promotion and marketing of the Branch, its products and services
Person Specifications & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Automotive /Agricultural Engineering.
- Diploma in any of the above fields is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in automotive / Agri-mechanical service industry.
- Knowledgeable in tractor and Mechanical operations
- A valid driving licence for manual vehicles is required.
