The Center for Health Human Rights and Development (CEHURD) is an indigenous non-profit, research and advocacy organization which is pioneering the justiciability of the right to health in the East African Region. It is duly registered under the laws of Uganda. Founded in 2009, CEHURD seeks to contribute to the realisation of human rights and health rights through interrelated programmes and projects.
The Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD) currently has a number of exciting career opportunities. The ideal candidates should have commitment to work with a dynamic organisation working on issues of health and human rights. The selected candidates bring their professional skillsets and work with CEHURD’s programmes and/or departments for a period of one year with a potential for extension. The candidates will contribute towards the organisation’s strategic plan. The candidates should clearly indicate which of the three positions below they are applying for.
