The CDO-Health plans and executes preventative and curative health activities that equips registered children, youth and caregivers for timely and efficient health service
Core Duties for CDO Health
Is a witness for Christ and serves as an advocate for beneficiaries in church and community.
Conduct health needs, plans interventions with Church leadership and implementation.
Identify, plan and coordinates health trainings, health screenings for beneficiaries.
Lead and participate in implementation of health programs and curriculum.
Takes charge of directing day to day running of beneficiary health needs and planned activities.
Conduct health and OVC needs assessment, analysis, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
Mature Christian aged Age: 25-40 years
Knowledge of Child and Youth Health, Pregnancy, Early Childhood Programming and Computer.
A minimum of a Diploma in a Health Field or Degree for other Fields.
Experience in health work, community work, working with children/youths and computer use.
Willingness to work and stay in remote communities.
counselling training and experience will be an added advantage
