| Objective: | The Midterm evaluation of the 10-year Strategy will assess the extent to which the strategy has achieved the intended results and devise steering measures to guide achievement of the desirable results based on the plan and adopting to the evolving contexts. The end term evaluation of the 5-year Basin-wide Program will assess the intended results were achieved. The review will determine the relevance and attainment of objectives, development efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability. | |
