Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and appropriately presenting meals for students.
- Ensuring routine day to day as well as specialized cleaning of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, kitchen floors and storage areas as directed by the Supervisor.
- Ensuring food waste is controlled with regard to preparation and cooking.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health, hygiene and safety.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the relevant authority.
Qualifications and Experience:
- “O” Level Certificate (UCE).
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Must be willing and able to work extended hours including week ends.
- Must be between 28 – 45 years of age.
