·     Ensure the organization maintains current standing with local and international governing bodies (Uganda NGO Bureau, URA, NSSF, etc.)

·     Troubleshoot and problem solve anything and everything at all levels (think last-minute supply order approvals, organizing the import of a container full of mosquito nets)

·     Spearhead partnerships with other local and international organizations, supervise local and international volunteers

·     Support the organization in methodical development of written policies and procedures

·     Provide other general operational and program management support for all initiatives and special projects as required

Who you are:

·     Built for process improvement; able to consistently assess and re-assess in order to grow the organization’s resiliency

Additionally, You Will Possess:

·     Work experience in the developing world, with a strong preference for East Africa

·     5+ years of professional experience in a related field

·     A bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree preferred)
