Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Carryout electrical installation works 
  2. Execute project plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
  3. Install electrical fittings, fixtures and equipment.
  4. Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
  5. Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
  6. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals to facilitate synergy on sites.
  7. Prepare material schedules and cost estimates for electrical works for evaluation by the Quantity surveyor and consideration by the Site Engineer
  8. Provide all necessary information for preparation of as built plans

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

 

  1. Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised University/Institution. 
  2. Certified electrician by relevant body
  3. Three years (3) years’ experience as a senior electrician on Construction projects,
  4. Certified by relevant body 
  5. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
