The primary role of a Fleet & Cold Drinks Equipment Clerk is to Providenecessary assistance to complete the data entry for fleet, trade services, and fuel management.Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Process completed repair orders in order to maintain the filing system of completed orders. Receive repair orders from supervisors and technicians. Verify that repair orders are complete and calculate total work hours. If clarification is needed, locate the responsible technician and confirm the information.

- Type handwritten repair orders into SAP. Capture work orders and ensure the accuracy of entries. File repair orders in a filing system. Maintain filing system of repair orders, eliminating repair orders exceeding time guidelines.

- Enter onsite and offsite fuel documents daily. Correct capture of fuel documents in the system must be checked daily. Keep the fuel documents properly and prepare a timely fuel document summary for payment.

- Capture vehicle accidents as they happen. Make sure accident notification forms are received from users and claim forms are filled and sent to the insurer. Make sure the accident management board is updated weekly and the accident record database is updated all the time.

- Answer phone calls from customers. Perform general office duties to assist the Fleet Services department in expanding its customer services.

- Prepare and send department reports on time. Write necessary reports and assist in vehicle licensing requirements of the department.

- Ensure tyre record database is updated all the time. Tyre replacement forms must be recorded on time and all the necessary tyre replacement data are registered on the form before capturing.

- Manage issuing of legal documents such as license certificate and insurance stickers to users.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications

- Minimum requirement:
Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
-
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in FMCGs and adequate experience in motor vehicle repairs.
