CARE International in Uganda, under its GRADUATE PROGRAM has designed an amazing training opportunity for University Graduates that will equip them with practical skills.
Candidates who are passionate about gender equality and competent in communication including social media will be selected through a series of interviews.
Successful graduates will join the amazing team of Professionals on a 1-year Graduate Trainee Contract.
They will be facilitated with a modest monthly stipend including medical and GPA/GLA insurance for the contract period.
During this period the Graduate Trainee will rotate among various programs and locations where CARE implements different projects and interventions.

Outstanding performers from the Graduate Trainee Program will have opportunities to apply for and compete for any available opportunities in CARE that match their skills. Note that the trainees will not be retained automatically but will have a competitive advantage for any available internal opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
● You must be a recent graduate below 30 years, who graduated over the past 1-3 years from a reputable university.
● Candidates with Post-graduate qualifications and below the age of 30 years will also be considered.
● Must have a minimum of lower second class degree in any of the following: Social Science, Gender, Public Policy, Natural Resources, Environment and Climate, Livelihoods, Agriculture and Economics.
