Bells of Hope Ministries seeks to recruit competent person to fill positions of a Project
Director, a Child Development Officer in Charge of Sponsor Donor Relationships (CDOSDR) and a Child Development Officer in Charge of Health (CDO Health) at UG0637 Hope Child Development Center in Kagezi-Kanaba, Kisoro District.

Reporting Relationships:
• The Project Director reports to the Project Overseer.
• The CDO-SDR and CDO Health to the Project Director.

Requirements for all positions.

1. Age: 22 – 35 years;

2. Must be born again Christian who is a model in word, deed, lifestyle and demonstrates involvement in church ministry;

3. Must have a minimum qualification of a degree in Social Works and Social Administration, Business Studies, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Child Ministry and any other related field;

4. Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint plus knowledge of internet uses;

5. Should be a good steward , of high integrity, exhibiting confidentiality, with good social skills and can be trusted by persons who prefer non-intrusive lifestyle; 6. Highly self-motivated to carry out Home-visits and group trainings that involve parents and their children in nonclassroom setting;

7. Should have developmental mindset and ability to design and implement home-based interventions that are contextualized;

8. Have ability to design a stimulating environment for children using locally available resources/materials;

9. Experience and knowledge in Early Child Development (ECD), maternal-child health
intervention programs and social work will be added advantage;

10. Willing to work in rural hilly setting.
