Application process
Applications should be submitted in triplicate in Public Service Commission (PSC) form 3 Revised (2008), Education Service Commission (ESC) form No.3 (1998) (Revised) for teachers to The Secretary Kotido District Service Commission, P.O. Box 1, Kotido to be received no later than 14th September, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Applicants should attach to each of the three application forms three (3) sets of certified photocopies of their academic documents and three (3) of their recent passport size photographs, Photocopies of the certified Registration Certificates, Valid Practicing License (Certified Copies), Uganda National Medical Examination Board Result slips for those in health Sector and for Education Service Commission (Teachers) to attach Photocopies of the certified Online Registration Certificate by Ministry of Education, National Identity Cards.
Applications should bear the Title and Reference number of the post applied for. The Advert can also be accessed on the District website; www.kotido.go.ug Applicants who are serving officers MUST route their applications through their Responsible Officers who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay. They should also attach copies of letter(s) of appointment, confirmation, and promotion if any, where applicable.
