JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic function of Human Resource Management, maintaining and enhancing the Authority’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. They will also initiate and implement the strategic direction and growth of human resources, including human resource development, with the major objective of achieving excellent staff performance as well as organizational performance.
