Job Purpose:

To develop, review and monitor the implementation of strategies for the acquisition, growth and retention of the Bank’s business client suite for the Institutional and Public sector segments of the Bank’s clientele. This includes directing sales for liabilities and assets, plus establishing sustained relationship management in this customer segment in
line with the Bank’s risk management framework.

Education & Training

1. A Business degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management or any relevant field.

2. Possession of a Certified banking qualification or master’s degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage.

3. Relevant practical training in business lending or business development in the financial services sector
