Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing M & E management systems and guidelines for measuring and tracking project performance at Hoima regional referral hospital.

Overall Responsibilities
§  Participate in development and review of project PMP and project baseline, midline and end line evaluations.
§  Develop periodic M&E hospital work plans and budgets; Build the capacity of the hospital workers in data management and utilization; Collect, clean and routinely validate data/information from Baylor‐Uganda supported health facilities.
§  Provide necessary data tools to the hospital staff and provide technical support in data documentation.
§  Develop and submit periodic reports to key stakeholders and give timely feedback to the implementers.
§  Support the hospital to develop & maintain proper filing, storage and retrieval systems of project records.
§  Provide technical support for operationalization of open MRS.
Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
  • §  A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics /demography /qualitative economics with a formal qualification in monitoring & evaluation;§  Proficient in data management and analysis using packages Ms-Access, SPSS, STATA, SQL, Excel
  • §  The candidate must have at least three years of experience in Log Frame Approach in planning, monitoring and evaluation; application of qualitative and quantitative M&E methods; work with a reputable international NGO; Experience working with national and PEPFAR MER systems i.e. DHIS2, OVCMIS, HIBRID, OPENMRS
  • 3 Years Relevant Experience
