Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing M & E management systems and guidelines for measuring and tracking project performance of the regional referral hospital.
Overall Responsibilities
Participate in development and review of project PMP and evaluations; Develop periodic M&E work plans and budgets; Build the capacity of health workers in data management and utilization; Collect, validate, analyse and share periodic results for performance monitoring; Conduct periodic review meetings and action tracking. Provide necessary data tools and monitor usage by health workers. Provide technical support in data documentation; Compile and submit timely reports; Maintain a proper filing system for patient records; Provide technical support to ensure a fully functional UGANDAEMR/POC and all project health information Systems used by the hospital. Respond to project data calls. Supervise and maintain a competent & motivated M&E team
Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics /demography /qualitative economics.
- The candidate must have at least two years of experience working with national and PEPFAR M&E systems i.e. UGANDAEMR, DHIS2, OVCMIS and HIBRID; and at least 2 years’ experience in Log Frame Approach in planning, monitoring and evaluation; The candidate;
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about PEPFAR Indicators
- Proficient in data management and analysis using packages Ms-Access, SPSS, STATA, SQL, Excel
- 2 Years Relevant Experience
