Qualifications and Professional Competencies
1. A first and second degree in any field, with an emphasis on mixed methods program evaluation.
2. Demonstrated ability to draft compelling and credible datadriven documents.
3. Experience with strategic plan implementation and evaluation.
4. Proficiency in research methods, MEL methods, grant management, and professional writing
He/She should additionally posses the following
1. A minimum of three years of post-qualification work experience in a fast-paced organization.
2. Excellent IT Skills (MS Office Suite, Internet, Zoom, Skype).
3. Demonstrated English communication skills (written and oral), including donor stewardship, preparing program/ evaluation reports, and public speaking.
4. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work as a member of a dynamic team.
5. Demonstrated strong analytical capability and problem solving abilities
