Job Description
- Investigate, collect and define the training needs with the different Field Operations disciplines
- Produce training matrices by type of position covering TILENGA General Training, HSE, specialized training, OJT, vendors and suppliers training, certification and any other additional training deemed necessary
- Review, and follow-up the contractors’ training programs, the content of the training modules, the schedule and organisation of the training sessions
- Ensure the integration of the Operators Training Simulator, the Operating Manuals, the OCWR, the PDMS and any other necessary tool in the training program
- Ensure coordination between the technical correspondents to gather the basic data required for the elaboration of the training modules
- Organise the OJT periods and coordinate the vendors/supplier’s trainings
- Organise, supervise and validate the delivery of the training actions according to the project phases and availabilities of the personnel
- Develop a continuous assessment of the trainees and of the performance of the training programs
Context and environment
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s Degree Operations and/or Engineering qualification with the relevant theoretical knowledge in the disciplines (Operations / Maintenance)
- Minimum 10 years broad practical experience in the field of production operations onshore or offshore sites, in a supervisory role.
- Training Coordination experience. Prior experience in writing, reviewing, implementing and training of written procedures. Knowledge of coordination of resources, curriculum development, exam writing and assessment of technical competency. Familiarity with reviewing and understanding drawings of equipment and processes.
