USAID/Uganda is seeking offers from U.S. citizens and U.S. Resident Aliens (currently residing in Uganda and with a valid work permit) to provide personal services under contract as the Organizational Capacity Development (OCD) Advisor: PEPFAR Local Partners Initiative Coordinator (Resident Hire – USPSC).

Salary Range: $79,468 – $103,309, equivalent to GS-13
Eligible Offerors are required to complete and submit all the required documents as detailed in Section IV – PRESENTING AN OFFER – of the solicitation document.
Offers must be received by the closing date and time as specified in Section I, item 3 of the solicitation document, and submitted by email to the Point of Contact in Section IV, item 2.
