Reports to: Facilities manager

General Position Summary

The Plumber shall provide support to the Facilities Manager in ensuring proper installation and functioning of all RHSP plumbing systems, in liaison with other technical persons at the facilities.

Jobs Responsibilities

•  General care and maintenance and repair of water supply and drainage/sewage systems.
•  Repair and maintenance of all premise water facilities.
•  Responsible for planning and responsible usage of all plumbing logistical supplies.
•  Collaborates with electricians and contractors in installing and repairing plumbing faucets.
•  Ensure technical supervision of contractors for successful execution of outsourced plumbing projects.
•  Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.

Knowledge and Experience

•  Candidate must possess a minimum of diploma or level two certificate in Plumbing from a reputable institution.
•  Two years of relevant experience in professional plumbing.
•  Able to pay keen attention to detail and manage multiple priorities.
•  Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
•  Candidate must be highly punctual and have abilities in office administration and organization.
•  Ability to work under pressure.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
•  Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem-solving skills.
