Programme officer – CECI Uganda

Community Empowerment for Creative Innovation (CECI) seeks an enthusiastic, committed, creative and innovative person to join its team as a Programme officer. The officer is expected to be dynamic, experienced, values-driven, and ready to take the lead in project management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL), documentation, and reporting per agreed requirements. This is a full-time position based in Koboko, Uganda, with frequent travels to refugee camps in Koboko and Yumbe districts. The successful candidate will report to the Programs Manager.
