We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and suitably qualified personnel for the Position of Senior Procurement and Administration Officer
Reporting to: People Culture and Administration Manager
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Duration: Two years (with possibility of renewal)
Consolidate and review the procurement plans and ensure respect for the rules and procedures in force in WWF and in accordance with the specific regulations of the donors concerned as well as the laws and regulations in force in Uganda; Coordinate and provide guidance in the procurement of services, supplies and works, Coordinate and provide guidance in the preparation of the grant agreements with partners; Develop and update
policies and procedures for procurement of goods and services within the WWF Uganda; Ensure the transparency of the procurement process, and respect for the policies to combat fraud and corruption/ conflict of interest; Responsible for leading and coordinating procurement and office administrative services related activities, including assets, insurance and facilities management
