Reporting to the WISH2ACTION Project Manager and in collaboration with HQ services, the Service contracts expert ensures the efficient management of service contracts of the WISH2ACTION coordination team based in Uganda (international and national consultancies).

Due to covid-19, many activities and assignments have been put on hold or postponed. As the restrictions are eased in most countries, some processes have to be launched and followed-up.
