Reporting to the WISH2ACTION Project Manager and in collaboration with HQ services, the Service contracts expert ensures the efficient management of service contracts of the WISH2ACTION coordination team based in Uganda (international and national consultancies).

Due to covid-19, many activities and assignments have been put on hold or postponed. As the restrictions are eased in most countries, some processes have to be launched and followed-up. Though, with the accumulated delays, many procurement and logistic processes have to be launched and followed-up at the same time, with almost no flexibility on deadlines and a reduced support on logistics. The fact that these processes have to be launched at the same time represent a huge workload which weighs on the WISH2ACTION coordination team. A punctual support on logistic is required in order to ease these processes, manage and coordinate the procurements with the coordination team – HQ – the interested consultancy firms as well as strengthening the capacities of the logistic officer on HI’s processes and tools.

The objective of the assignment is to manage WISH2ACTION service contracts : 2 ongoing contracts, 1 under selection process, 3 to be launched : Support to ToRs writing, publication, support to selection process, support to contractualization, process documentation, insuring communication with focal persons and applicants.
