Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

3 years of experience as Technician / supervisor – Hydropower station

Key Performance Areas:

1. Power system control and power dispatch to meet customer demands.
2. Operating of the plant for system security and stability.
3. Handle and report emergencies/abnormalities on the plant.
4. Coordinate the work control process (PTW).
5. Perform administrative duties.
6. Perform supervisory activities.
7. Assist with the development of staff.
