Position & Grade: Stock Monitoring Incharge

Reports to: Inventory Manager

Summary Role: The Stock Monitoring In charge will be responsible for monitoring daily
system stock movement/transactions of all materials in the entire Inventory locations and
supervise stock control manual systems i.e Bin Cards & stock manual log book records in all Inventory locations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share daily forecast and demand analysis reports to prevent
overstocking and stock outs.
• Daily supervision of all location stock records (i.e. SAP, Bin-Cards & log books).
• Keep to update stock records for all location transactions;
• Create material details and information into internal SAP database.
• Maintain, review and update material database in SAP.
• From time-to-time initiate work improvement mechanisms both in design, processes,
systems and Team mind set with supporting evidence in SOPs, Proposals and
Projects.
• Maintain accurate records in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports both in
content and format.
• Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
• Set an example of commitment, warehouse and stock control activities, work ethics
and habits and personal character.
• From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects as are
reasonably required of your job role.
• You are fully responsible for all daily, weekly, monthly and annual workload in your
deployed sections and must meet all targets effectively and accurately within set
timelines.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual stock taking.
• Participate in the formulation function budget.
• Communicate safety, quality, and production information to peers and process
operators each day;
• Implement the Movit Eagle way by executing your duties in line with Quality, Speed,
Cost, Safety and People in order to establish the basis for Effective Problem Solving,
Continuous Improvement and Innovation; and
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by
the Supervisor.

• Working with the entire staff and departments in Movit Products Limited;
• Maintain good relations with key associates and company external stakeholders;
• Office based and ability to manage urgent demands;
• Ability to meet deadlines and exhibit a high degree of flexibility and versatility;
• Ability to work in a team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate for the Stock Monitoring In charge position should hold minimum
a bachelor`s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or in any
related field;
• Minimum 3 Years relevant experience in a similar role in FMCG environment or busy
manufacturing setup;
• Good understanding of material names, groups and movement types in our current
SAP4HANA module;
• Working knowledge of stock management SAP/software;
• Ability and desire to improve and acquire more knowledge on the job, technical skills
and qualifications through on job training, online training and certification training.
• Any certification in information Technology is a crucial and critical added advantage;
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum or no supervision and meet deadlines in
a fast-paced changing environment;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, supervision, reporting and organization skills
with a high demonstrable level of integrity and confidentiality.
