JOB DESCRIPTION:
Specific  responsibilities  include:

1.Coordinating  the  strategic  planning  sessions  including  but  not  limited  to  team  member  composition,  data  collection  and  documentation  of  the  strategic  plan.
2.Developing  and  updating  the  Corporate  Business  Compact  highlighting  the  agreed  upon  initiatives  KPI’s  and  targets  among  others.
3.Cascading  the  corporate  Business  Compact  across  all  departments  in  line  with  the  lead  persons  for  each  initiative.
4.Generating  the  operational  Plan  execution  monitoring  reports  highlighting  KPIs  against  set  targets  as  well  as  gap  analysis  for  execution.
5.Providing  leadership  to  the  Business  Intelligence  and  big  data  strategy  as  critical  support  functions  towards  generation  of  business  insights  for  business  growth  and  customer  relations  management.
6.Perform  Business  Intelligence  research  and  provide  results  and  findings  to  senior  management.

7.Initiating,  managing  and  coordinating  Pride’s    projects;
-Initiate  the  writing  of  proposals  to  donors  with  best  practices  in  the  microfinance/banking  industry,  so  as  to  secure  Pride  extra  funding  to  support  its  product/services  development  processes.
-Lead  in  the  definition  of  project  scope  objectives  and  deliverables,  involving  all  relevant  stakeholders  and  ensuring  technical  feasibility.
-Develop  a  detailed  project  plan  to  monitor  and  track  progress.
-Create  and  maintain  comprehensive  project  documentation.
-Track  project  performance,  specifically  to  analyze  the  successful  completion  of  short  and  long-term  goals.
-Prepare  regular  reports  to  stakeholders  on  progress  as  well  as  performance  of  projects.
8.Managing  and  supporting  the  logistical  and  administration  functions  in  the  ED’s  office.
-Coordinate  all  meetings,  presentations,  conferences,  events  and  ensure  that  the  room  and  equipment  are  set  up;  materials  are  distributed  and  take  minutes  where  necessary.
-Prepare  documents,  briefing  papers,  reports  and  presentations.
-Receive  and  attend  to  all  ED’s  office  visitors,  correspondences  and  communications  and  handle  customer  inquiries.
-Deliver  and  manage  all  correspondences  to  the  ED’s  office.

Minimum  Academic  Qualifications  and  Experience:

  • Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Business,  management,  accounting,  economics,  statistics,  Information  Science,  Project  Management  or  similar  (Master’s  Degree  in  Business  Administration  preferred).
  • At  least  3  years’  experience  in  Project  Management  &  Monitoring,  Strategic  Management  &  Monitoring  and  Business  Management  &  Monitoring)
  • Certification  in  Project  Management  is  an  added  advantage.
  • He/she  should  not  be  more  than  40  years  of  age
