Subcontract Lead (1)
Main Responsibilities
❖ Manages high-Risk High-Value Subcontracts from project award to project completion.
❖ Prepare Subcontract deliverables to include Project Procedures, Prepare RFQ Packages, Commercial Bid Analysis (CBE), and coordination of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)
❖ Managing the training and advancement of local employees and ensuring that knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures
Qualification Requirements:
❖ BSc degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar professional qualification
❖ At least 6 years of experience in Subcontract administration activities on EPC projects in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
❖ Good knowledge of post-award subcontract management & execution
