We are part of the WASSHA group with presence in Japan, Tanzania and with expansion prospects to several countries in Africa. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to achieve the vision together.

Responsibilities & Duties: 

1. Local Procurement

• Coordinate with other divisions and procure necessary goods and/or services from the local suppliers
• Develop and find the most affordable supplier
• Procure goods and/or services in strictly high-level compliance with the accounting policy

1. Overseas Procurement

• Coordinate with other divisions and procure necessary goods and/or services from the designated overseas suppliers
• Find the most affordable forwarder and transport insurance company
• Coordinate and manage customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse

1. Inventory Management

• Lead the field supporters and take monthly inventory and report to Supply Chain Leader
• Lead the field supporters and take quarterly or annual inventory and report to Supply Chain Leader
• Inspect the products on arrival with highest standards
• Record any lost or damaged item discovered during the stocktaking on a strictly timely basis

1. Expansion Support

• Prepare for our product to be fully charged in time
• Count the stock in local warehouses and deliver the products to cover future expansions

1. Others

• Be proactive and responsive in performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supply Chain Leader or any other member of the Senior Management Team

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum requirement

• 5 year working experience with procurement
• Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to, Excel and database
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
• A team player towards the common vision of the company
• Be honest, disciplined and with integrity

Advantage

• Working experience with overseas procurement
• Working experience with inventory management in the international FMCG company
• Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
