Direct Supervisor: Dining Hall Supervisor

Profile:

• Previous experience in the catering /hospitality industry
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Customer-oriented
  Education: Diploma in catering and hotel management work experience of at least 2 years in the same area

Duties and responsibilities

• The cleanliness of the entire cafeteria
• Makes requisition from the store
• Makes meals plus breakfast, lunch, and dinner accordingly ie crockery, lemon slices, ginger, availing plates
• Ensure that table linen is well laid and clean
• Ensure that all snacks are well displayed at all times
• Ensure that juice is in the machine and must clean the same machine before going to off duty
• Ensure that the soup menu is displayed on time
