The position holder is responsible for backstopping all financial processes within the Hospital, offer financial technical strategic guidance for business growth and ensuring financial reports are accurate and in compliance with all regulatory requirements; and in line with Mildmay Uganda Hospital Strategic Plan and Vision.
The candidate must have a Degree preferably in B. Com (Accounting), BBA (Accounting) plus full professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, with 4 years’ work experience in in Accounting, Finance or Auditing field, 1 year of which should be in middle management. Business/Marketing experience is an added advantage.
The successful candidate must also have demonstrable knowledge of Financial Reporting standards and other regulatory requirements, knowledge of Private business financial management preferably in a hospital setting, and proficiency in at least two accounting packages. Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic Navision and Clinic Master will be an added advantage.
