JOB TITLE: ICT SUPPORT OFFICER
REPORTS TO: ICT SERVICES MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE
The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring support to Finacle and other user applications, routine installation of IT infrastructure to end users where necessary.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science or Business computing.
• Certification in ITIL or other customer service training is an added advantage.
